Entering the weight room is the spark of light in her day. Her passions for exercise and weightlifting have been brightening since she was in elementary school. She is always looking for growth and wants to continue pushing herself to be better and better every time she enters the gym.She believes one should go to the gym to improve themselves in all aspects. This includes setting internal goals like building routine, confidence, self discipline and staying consistent. Absolutely amazing, I’ve lost 143 pound in the last 18 months. I didn’t think I would ever be the size I am now. I’ve tried trainers before and always felt like they were just there for a check and never really followed up to make sure I was following my at home regimen. Working with Antonio, he always makes me feel like I’m his only client and randomly follows up with me to make sure I’m staying on track. He pushes me farther and harder than I think I can go which helped me achieve my goals quicker. He continually helps me figure out a meal plan and helped me choose a protein routine that works for me. I plan on stay with High Rise Performance and I don’t plan on stopping
This company helped me change my life! I had been struggling with a weight gain this past fall semester of classes and was struggling to get motivated to start. I was just scrolling throw Instagram and then found High Rise Performance, I reached out to their head Trainer Antonio and we started sessions in January. He is a very passionate trainer and you can tell he really cares about his clients goals, so far i have lost 26 pounds and have seen great results! I have continued to see change even during the quarantine, when it has been hard to stay motivated.He has been such a great positive influence on my life I could not be more pleased. If you are someone who needs help getting started in working with a personal trainer, I high recommend High Rise Performance!

I've been with personal trainers in the past because I have recurring back issues, but none have made me feel like I can accomplish anything like him! He helped me formulate a detailed plan that I was able to keep up with, pushed my limits, and was very encouraging and never made me feel like I couldn't do anything due to any physical constrains. Couldn't recommend this guy enough!!
