How it works

  1. SELECT YOUR PACKAGE - Start your journey by choosing a virtual training package that suits your needs. Once selected, you can book a Fitness Assessment session with one of our trainers.

  2. CONSULTATION - Prepare for your consultation by donning your headphones and deciding which platform you're most comfortable with, whether it's Facetime, Zoom, or Skype. During this 30-minute consultation, we'll discuss your fitness goals and schedule your subsequent training sessions.

  3. GET STARTED - When it's time for your training session, our trainers will initiate the session to ensure we're fully prepared to guide you through a productive workout. Your fitness journey begins with us at the helm.
