Virtual Personal Training

Our trainers at High Rise Performance will create a 100% customized workout to help you reach your fitness goals. We will verbally explain and visually show how to perform each exercise while monitoring your technique via Skype, Zoom, or Facetime. Plug in your headphones, place your phone in a location where we can see you, and be prepared to follow instructions. We’ll take care of the rest! 

How does it work?

  1. Choose a package - Purchase a virtual training package, and we can schedule you for a Fitness Assessment with a trainer.

  2. Consultation - Grab some headphones, download, and choose which platform you are most comfortable using: Facetime, Zoom, Skype. The consultation will last 30 minutes and we will schedule our following sessions from there.

  3. Get Started - Our trainers will Initiate the training session so that we are prepared for you at the start of each session.
